BY DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE YOU, THE USER, ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE CONTAINED HEREIN. UNLESS YOU HAVE A SEPARATE LICENSING AGREEMENT SIGNED BY CLARION VENTURES, INC. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE REQUIRED TO USE THIS SOFTWARE. 

1. Grant of License and Restrictions. You are granted a license to use one copy of qif to iif converter on one machine. Your license confers no title or ownership in this software, and is not a sale of any rights in this software. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or transfer the software, in whole or in part except as expressly provided for in this Agreement.

2. Limitations for Disassembly, Decompilation, and Reverse Engineering. You shall not disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer this software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law in some jurisdictions.

3. Termination. This license shall be effective until termination. Clarion Ventures, Inc. shall terminate your license upon failure to comply with any of these terms. Upon termination, the software must be immediately destroyed, including all copies, portions, and adaptations of the software. 

4. Disclaimer of Warranty. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW QIF TO IIF CONVERTER IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BOTH WRITTEN AND ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN ADDITION CLARION VENTURES, INC. DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR ANY FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES THAT THE OPERATION OF THIS SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR FREE AND UNINTERRUPED. Depending upon the state or country in which you live some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Also depending upon the state or country in which you live, you may be able to exert other rights.

5. Limitation of Liability. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LOCAL LAW, CLARION VENTURES, INC. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER TYPES OF DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES THAT RESULT IN LOST TIME, LOST PROFIT, OR COSTS RESULTING FROM DOWNTIME, ARISING FROM EITHER THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE. YOUR USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK; SHOULD THIS SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL REPAIRS, CORRECTIONS, OR NECESSARY SERVICES. Depending upon the state or country in which you live some of these exclusions may not apply to you. and you may be able to exert other rights. 

6. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
